For every section, warm out, cardio, toning, etc... you still have 3 to 4 choices to choose from that meets your goals. The first night I tried it, my nine year wanted to join in too, it is really fun and healthy for the whole family, no matter what your age is.
- Shera - I love it. Easy and stays cool.I have chemo-induced menopause and continued hot flashes from the drug I am advised to take for 5 years.... I bought the Chillow in May. All I can say is that I LOVE MY CHILLOW. I filled it once -- I was concerned about not getting the air pocket out (after reading other reviews) -- but it was simple to follow directions. All I need to do is lay it flat to reset the coolness... and it is simply lovely. I use it for my head and upper back.
- Richard B. Drake "RIch" - Puts Pay TV to ShameI actually bought this for a friend of mine. I have an older Roku model which has worked flawlessly for years. I use it mostly for watching Netflix and Amazon Prime movies. When my friend saw that she wanted one. I set it up on her TV and she has been in seventh heaven ever since. Highly recommended for anyone who likes watching movies on demand, has a router with Internet access, and doesn't have an HD TV that can receive streaming video on it's own.
