- Dolphin - Good, strong capNormally my preference is to swim without a cap, but a swimming pool I frequented required all swimmers to wear caps, so I had to buy one. First I got a latex one ... big mistake! Next I bought this silicone cap and found it to be consistent with the quality one expects from Speedo. There is a knack to putting it on (which involves a bit of stretching and starting from the forehead) but it becomes second nature. It kept my long hair contained and, as a useful bonus, protected it from a lot of chlorine damage, although inevitably the edges got wet (for those who do not know, swimming caps are designed to make you swim faster, not to keep your hair dry). I also like how it stops a lot of water from getting inside my ears. This cap is tough and durable, and it still looks and feels like new after a year of twice-weekly use. Mine has a really cool design in red, white and blue that makes it quite unique so that its ownership is never in doubt!

Very useful for those who are doing research on where to apply.
- B Sharp - Almost as good as being at the concertThis is a dream for any fan. To have a professionally recorded live concert - complete with commentary by the band - is such a rare treat. The production and footage really captures the magic of the Mylo Xyloto tour (I had the pleasure of attending one of the Houston shows). The concert was an unbelievable experience; the best I've ever attended. Anyone who had the chance to catch the tour will love this DVD. If you missed the tour, scoop it up anyway. It will make you feel like you were there!

I first read "Parachute" when I was fresh out of Grad school in the '70's. I was ironically hired as a "Career Counselor" in a college Placement office...and with little prior work experience, my knowledge of how the world of work really operated was limited. What Color is Your Parachute gave me the insights that enabled me to help the students I was charged with helping. Beyond that, it enabled me to enter the Human Resources field with a large multi-national corporation. I retired 5 years ago after attaining Vice President status in HR....in a company that does not throw the VP title around lightly. I have recommended this book hundreds of times throughout my career. Mr Bollles has done a service to all who have had the pleasure of reading it. I would love to thank him personally one day for the fine advice he has provided.
