I read it and coupled it with an alternative medicine text called "Ayurveda: A Comprehensive Guide to Traditional Indian Medicine for the West" by Yale psychiatrist, Frank John Ninivaggi MD. I highly recommend both books for a comprehensive understanding of food and health.

The waiting paid off as it finally came along at a seriously reduced price and I'm so glad that I was able to take advantage of the opportunity!! This tablet is great. I have hours of fun using it to read or play games. I'm sure it will be just as handy when I return to my classes in the fall. The screen is a good size. Weight-wise, it can become a little heavy if held for a long period of time. The solution I've found for this is a using a good stand to place it upon. Overall, I do believe this to be one of the best tablets on the market for the money.

From tummy time to back play to sit and play, my little guy will be having fun for over a year, I'm sure. The only thing I really don't understand are all the ties. They don't align with the side bars, so I don't have the gym tied as intended. Other than that, this gym is great. I love that the animals aren't fixed, and I can change them around to give baby something new to look at.
